Randgold Resources Limited supports the protection of universal human rights in conducting its business. In particular the Company fosters awareness of human rights issues among its employees and actively safeguards the protection of human rights among its contractors and sub-contractors. The Company also works with governments, non-governmental organisations, suppliers and other business partners, as well as the communities affected by its operations to ensure human rights issues are understood and managed.
